Tracking & attribution
See which ad actually produced the booking.
The booking engine tracks the full funnel — search, room list, room selection, add-ons and experiences in the cart, checkout start and purchase. UTM and GCLID are captured at the first search and carried all the way to the purchase, even across redirects. Events are also sent server-side via Conversions API so they still count when cookies are blocked.
Events across the full funnel
Search, room list, room selection, add-ons and experiences in the cart (both add and remove), checkout start and completed purchase are tracked as ecommerce events.
You see exactly where guests drop off — not just how many booked.
UTM & GCLID captured at search
Campaign parameters such as utm_source, utm_campaign, gclid, wbraid, fbclid and msclkid are captured on the first search and stored on the session.
No ad data is lost just because the guest clicks onward.
Attribution that survives redirects
Ad attribution follows through room selection, cart and purchase — even when the guest is redirected to payment or another page and back.
The booking is credited to the right campaign instead of landing as direct traffic.
Server-side via Conversions API
Purchases and key events are validated and sent from the backend to Meta Conversions API, Google Ads and other platforms — independent of browser cookies.
Conversions are counted even with ad blockers, ITP and blocked third-party cookies.
Relay to your own pixels
The embed scripts forward the same events to your own pixels and tags — GA4, Google Ads, Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager.
You measure in your own accounts without building custom tracking.
Consent & data quality
Tracking respects visitor consent, deduplicates events between browser and server, and includes order value, currency and booking ID.
Accurate numbers in your reports — and tracking that holds up under GDPR.
