A hotel system — often called a PMS (Property Management System) — is the hub of your operation: it keeps track of rooms, bookings, guests and payments. Stayo is web-based and works just as well on the front desk computer as on a tablet in the lobby and a phone in the laundry room.
Many properties run bookings, channel management, payments, cleaning and reporting in different tools. Stayo replaces them all: every change is reflected instantly in the calendar, out to the channels and on to the guest — without duplicate work or manual exports.
With import and export of bookings and guests, you can easily move all your data from your existing hotel system. Old bookings, guest registers and history come along, so the switch becomes a soft start instead of a reset.
