A channel manager connects your hotel system to the booking channels. When a room is booked on Booking.com it closes immediately on Airbnb and in your own booking engine — and vice versa. You don't have to update each channel by hand.
Because the channel manager is built into the same system as the calendar, synchronisation happens without delay. Availability and prices are mirrored in real time, which reduces the risk of double bookings and incorrect prices.
