Frequently asked questions
- How much does Stayo cost?
- Stayo Free is SEK 0/month for one unit. Starter begins from SEK 99/month and Pro from SEK 449/month excl. VAT. Pricing scales with rooms and properties — use the calculator on this page or contact us for a quote.
- Is the channel manager included?
- Yes, distribution to OTAs via our channel manager is included in Stayo Pro. Connect Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb and more with no extra platform fee from Stayo. OTAs may have their own commissions.
- How long is the contract?
- The standard agreement is billed monthly after an initial onboarding period. There are no multi-year licences and you can cancel with a reasonable notice period.
- Can we migrate from our current system?
- Yes. We help import rooms, room types, rates, guest data and upcoming reservations from the most common PMS and booking systems. A project lead guides you through onboarding.
- Where is our data stored?
- Stayo runs on EU/EEA infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. We sign a data processing agreement (DPA) and follow GDPR. See the security page for details.
