Data processing agreement
Framework agreement for Stayo's processing of personal data on behalf of the customer (controller).

1. Parties and roles
The customer is the data controller. Stayo is the data processor and processes personal data solely on the customer's instructions.
2. Purpose and categories
Processing is carried out to provide the Stayo service. Categories of data subjects and personal data are specified in an appendix.
3. Sub-processors
Stayo may engage sub-processors. The current list is available on request. Material changes are announced in advance.
4. Security
Stayo takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data.
5. Transfers
Transfers of personal data outside the EU/EEA occur only if there is a legal basis.
