Terms for using Stayo as a service.

1. About the agreement
These terms apply between Stayo and the customer entering into an agreement for the Stayo service. Specific terms per contract are set out in the quote and order confirmation.
2. Use of the service
The customer is responsible for using the service in compliance with the law and for ensuring only authorised persons have access to accounts.
3. Availability
Stayo strives for high uptime but makes no absolute guarantees. Planned maintenance is announced in advance when possible.
4. Liability
Liability is limited in accordance with the agreement and applicable law.
5. Changes
The terms may be updated. Material changes are announced in advance.
