About Stayo
We're building the hotel system we'd want to work in ourselves.
Many hotel systems were built when reception was the only workplace and finance happened once a month. Stayo is a new system for how hotels are run today — mobile, digital, integrated and understandable.
Why Stayo exists
We started Stayo because too many hotel systems feel like an obstacle in daily work — old interfaces, locked integrations, and support that doesn't understand how a Swedish accommodation actually works. We wanted to build something else.
How we think
- Easy to learn. New staff should be up and running in hours, not weeks.
- Connected. Data should live in one place — not in five systems.
- Open. You should be able to connect Stayo to the tools you already use.
- Local. Support, documentation and integrations built for Nordic reality.
